What readers of HANNAH & DEXTER are saying:

“….a charming story about cooperation and its rewards. Hannah and Dexter clash when they first meet in school; however, by the end of the story they understand the benefits of working together. Ms. Shiela not only teaches her young readers about getting along with one another, she also weaves two important historical eras in her story as well.”
–Joyce Hansen, Children’s Author

“This book teaches the value of diversity and how people with diverse backgrounds, opinions and prejudices can learn to set aside their personal beliefs and create unity and strength in a collaborative effort. Although written as a children’s book many adults can learn form this simple but powerful lesson.”
–Travis Godley, Local Businessman and “Friends of the Library” President
